Raza.com Review Unlimited India Calling

Today I would like to post a review of RAZA.COM Unlimited 
India Calling website and their service.

I am in USA and need to call out of States to specific countries a lot of times. So I purchased a Raza monthly unlimited Plan. The thing to be noted is they said $9.99 all inclusive, however I was billed $13.98. Below is the first order confirmation email that I got.

I checked the website that I will not be auto-billed, just to make sure. The website gave me the following option and instructions to setup or cancel auto-refill. Everything was made sure that I will not be rebilled.

 

Right after the order, the website gave me an access number that I was supposed to dial before dialing the destination number. I have been using a Boss Revolution Calling Card for a while and while it is exceptionally good in terms of reception, sound and service, it is bit higher on rates. Raza however "seems" cheap so I started using it. I noticed that there is a DELAY in the voice from either end, a delay of about a second, which was not acceptable to me. But still I continued using it as it was cheap. I used it for just 2-3 days and the 4th day I dialed that access number, it said I have no balance!! 
What the fuck no balance?? How is it possible it is supposed to be monthly unlimited/1500 minutes. I only did about 100 minutes so far. Damn!! Their website offers this "gaurantee":

So, I immediately called the Customer Care and the rep on line (a Pakistani apparently) started abusing and said they will see what can be done if something can be done but nothing can be done and I should read terms and conditions. They claimed I used some other number and that's why I was charged 25 times, so I ended up using all my minutes, just like that.

I thought this must be one agent, so I wrote an email. I got the following email in response from Raza

I thought let it be. Let these assholes get away with my money. If this wasn't enough, after a month, I got an email notifying that I HAVE AGAIN BEEN BILLED BY RAZA for the same amount.

DAMN, what the Fuck!! I called their Customer Service and asked about it (again some Pakistani Muslim guy). They said I have been enrolled in MANDATORY auto-refill and if they cancel it right away, I will loose all the minutes but money will still not be refunded. So its better if I just continue it and have it cancelled by calling Customer Care before 30 days next month. He also took his time to affirm that Refunding Money is not an option in spite of the fact that I did not use even a second of this account. Though on the website, they promise 100% money back guarantee!! Now What!!

I advise all readers to strictly avoid them like Plague, and spread the word so these crooks are not successful in looting more customers. If you still want to continue, its your wish entirely!!
